Kristian Rother
Dr Kristian Rother has been a professional trainer for software development since 2011. During his PhD, he analysed a database with 3D data of 40000 structural models of biomolecules. He then spent 5 years in Poland, where he supervised a team of 20 young scientists with whom he wrote Python software to construct said models.
As a trainer, Dr. Kristian Rother stands for lively, interactive teaching that is characterised by alternation between content transfer and independent work. In order to adapt to the needs of his course participants, slide presentations are almost completely relegated to the background in favour of modern teaching methods. In honing his methodological skills, Kristian has earned the Toastmasters Advanced Communicator Bronze, Toastmasters Advanced Leader Bronze and Professional Scrum Master I certificates.
Kristian has authored two books on Python himself and translated two others. He is also the author of numerous scientific publications in the field of bioinformatics.
Kristian is convinced that anyone can learn to program.
